Allow 6 to 8 weeks to complete all stages of crafting a high-end solid wood piece: timber cutting, traditional joinery using mortise and tenon and dovetail joints, panel assembly, full assembly, disassembly for finishing, hand denibbing between each stage, and the application of three coats of sealer, stain and water-based varnish.
