For deliveries outside France, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your furniture, you may return it within 10 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in perfect condition, carefully packed to ensure safe transport, and the return shipping costs remain at the customer’s expense.

As all our furniture is made to order and customized, we cannot accept returns beyond this period or for items showing signs of damage or use.

This policy is designed to give you extra reassurance when ordering from abroad.
For deliveries to private customers in France and within the European Union, the VAT of the destination country is included in the displayed price, and no customs duties apply.

For deliveries outside the European Union (Switzerland, the United Kingdom, North America, etc.), French VAT is not charged. Customs duties, local taxes and any clearance fees must be paid directly to the carrier or freight forwarder upon delivery.
