The price indicated on the article page of our website includes delivery costs in Metropolitan France, excluding delivery costs for other countries and Corsica island.

For France, England, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Switzerland, delivery is made in the room, by appointment, with 2 delivery men by a specialist carrier in solid wood furniture and assembled furniture pieces.

For an easy and stress-free delivery, please check your doorways, stair width or interior dimensions of the lift and please inform us when ordering of any particularities related to delivery and access to your room.

For all other countries, delivery is made with 1 delivery person and stops at the front door of the house or at the bottom of the building.

The delivery cost will be indicated in your cart before payment and after entering the delivery address. This supplementary costs vary according to the size and weight of your furniture and the destination.

Our furniture is protected under blankets for road transportation to avoid any mark during transport and risk of micro-scratches when unpacking.

For air freight, our furniture pieces will be packed in a wooden box.

Each piece of furniture is reassembled in our workshop after the finishing process. No assembly is to be expected at home, except for the possible placement of your shelves on cleats.

During a period of max. 14 days from receipt of your furniture, you shall be able to cancel your order.

However, the cost of return transport will be charged to the customer.

The refund of the price of the furniture to the customer will take place by bank transfer within 7 working days with deduction of the costs of recovery and provided that the furniture is returned in its original condition.

MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANÇAIS shall organize the return with you to avoid any problems during transport.

The VAT of each country is paid by MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANÇAIS in France and transferred to each country member of the European Union.

For all orders outside the European Union, customs duties and VAT are not included in the indicated price and will be paid directly by the customer to the forwarding agent or shipping company at the time of delivery.

Nos meubles sont recouverts d’un vernis de finition qui protège le bois des tâches et rayures superficielles.

Le bois massif s'entretient très simplement avec un chiffon sec pour dépoussiérer le meuble ou une éponge légèrement humide en cas de tâches séchées ou tenaces. Evitez d’utiliser la partie abrasive des éponges ou tout autre matériau rugueux pouvant altérer le vernis de protection.

L'utilisation intensive de produits d'entretien contenant des agents chimiques peut dégrader votre meuble.

Un meuble en bois massif n'aime pas être exposé près des sources de chaleur ou à une hygrométrie trop importante. Evitez une exposition directe forte et directe du bois aux rayons UV (par exemple derrière une baie vitrée), ou à proximité immédiate de sources de chaleurs fortes (radiateur, poêle, etc…)

Tous nos meubles sont garantis 3 ans contre tout vice de fabrication, montage et finition.

Nous offrons une garantie commerciale supérieure à la garantie légale de 2 ans parce que nous sommes certains que vous serez satisfaits de nos meubles, y compris dans la durée.

​L'ensemble de la fabrication du meuble est réalisé localement par des artisans français sélectionnés depuis plusieurs années et dont nous sommes sûrs.

Un contrôle qualité est fait avant chaque départ de meuble.

Nous apportons un grand soin à aux visuels présentés sur notre site internet. Toutefois, ces couleurs restent indicatives et peuvent changer selon les réglages des écrans.

Sont exclus de la garantie les retraits naturels engendrés par le bois massif, les variations de couleur liées à la nature du bois et son vieillissement naturel.
