It features 2 hinged doors under the flap, with a vertical divider and a removable shelf in each lower compartment. 

In the upper section, the flap opens with a “push-release” action, giving access to a niche with removable storage compartments. You may decide to remove everything and install a large screen.

  • The opening of the flap is done by a "push-release" pressure in the center of the panel. The fall of the flap is slowed down by the hinges with shock absorber.

    Laptops, smartphones can be placed on the flap and you can work on them comfortably. The resistance of the seat is provided by the manufacturer for a load of 10 kg max for a short period.

    In case of prolonged use, we recommend opening the low doors so that the seat can rest on them when needed or with unusual strong pressure.

     

    When you receive your secretary, the 2 storage blocks behind the flap are already installed and screwed. You will be left at fix the cleats provided in order to place the small shelves above.

    The holes for the cleats are provided slightly smaller than the cleats so that they are well maintained once pressed. Use a hammer or pliers if needed.

    You can also decide to unscrew and take out 1 or 2 of these storage blocks to use all the interior space of your writing desk. The unscrewing is then done behind the lower swing doors.

     

    The opening of the 2 doors at the bottom is done by pressing "push-loose" in the center of the doors.

    A vertical interior separation behind the doors is automatically positioned in the middle of the KUBE. On each side of the vertical separation, a removable shelf is available for installation on cleats.

     

    A cable passage is provided at each level of the secretary to be able to connect its devices from the left and right part. The cables exit from the rear.

01 — Payment

Payment can be made by card via our secure platform (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by bank transfer.

02  Order confirmations

Immediately after your order, you receive an initial automated confirmation.
A second, personal confirmation is then sent within 48 working hours, including any notes you may have left and confirmation of the estimated delivery time.

03  Production & quality control

Your piece is made to order in France within 5 to 6 weeks (7 to 8 weeks for custom pieces).
Once your furniture is ready, a final manual quality check is carried out in the workshop before dispatch.
At shipment, a photo of your piece along with your invoice is sent to you by email.

04  Delivery

Depending on your location, delivery is carried out either by two professionals directly in the room of your choice, or at ground floor / doorstep in a protective wooden crate.

For in-room delivery, our specialist furniture carrier contacts you within 2 working days after collection of your piece, by phone or SMS, with a proposed delivery appointment that you can adjust according to your availability.

05  Ongoing support

Throughout production, during the 3-year warranty and beyond, we remain personally available in a direct, simple and human way.
