Designed by Eric Gizard, this model highlights the clarity of solid French white ash, enhanced by our exclusive “Culottes Courtes” finish.
In this configuration, the matte white lacquer extends from the tabletop edge down to the upper section of the legs, while the lower part remains in solid ash. The result is a subtle contrast that refines the structure without erasing the material.
The oblique legs sit perfectly within the tabletop alignment, ensuring both visual lightness and excellent stability. ÉGÉE does not seek effect — it creates balance.

Each table is crafted from solid French white ash, selected in grade 1 and 1+ for its density, durability and refined grain.
Ash is a naturally light hardwood with expressive lines and excellent mechanical resistance. Every tabletop is unique, shaped by the natural variations of the wood.
Manufactured to order in France by specialised workshops, each piece benefits from:
- precise structural joinery
- high-end hand-applied finishes
- individual quality control
- no mass production or overstock
This responsible approach ensures a durable, carefully crafted and truly personal piece.
The model is also available in solid oak upon request.
➤ Advanced extension systems & full customisation
ÉGÉE adapts to real life.
Available in twelve standard dimensions (from 100 × 60 cm to 220 × 120 cm), fixed or extendable, it can reach up to 3.40 metres — or more on request — accommodating up to 14–16 guests depending on configuration.
Three extension options are available:
- 1 integrated butterfly leaf (all sizes), +40 cm stored beneath the tabletop, deployed smoothly via synchronised metal runners.
- 2 integrated butterfly leaves (from 140 cm), wwo independent 40 cm extensions for +40 or +80 cm flexibility.
- 3 service extensions (all sizes), up to +120 cm total, fixed via precise metal inserts. A central support leg is supplied when using two or more extensions to ensure perfect rigidity.
A dedicated bespoke form allows you to customise dimensions, finishes, wood species or extension configurations.
Ten additional standard colours are available, as well as fully custom lacquer options.

Production time: approximately 5 working weeks.
Delivery is arranged by appointment and carried out by two specialised professionals directly into the room of your choice (France & nearby Europe).
Furniture is transported under protective blankets to prevent marks or micro-scratches.
The table is delivered fully assembled.
Extension mechanisms are pre-adjusted in the workshop and ready for immediate use.

The ÉGÉE table is crafted from French solid ash, a noble hardwood appreciated for its strength, luminous appearance and long-term stability.
Each tabletop features a unique natural grain. Its character is enhanced by our light “natural bleached” finish, which highlights the clarity of the wood while preserving its authenticity.
Solid wood is a living material and may slightly expand or contract depending on temperature and ambient humidity. These natural movements do not affect the structural integrity of the table or the proper functioning of its extension system.
